Moderation Inputs

When moderation is set to "true", these additional inputs become available:

The FIBO 2.0 ratios ("16:10", "10:16", "2:1", "1:2", "21:9", "9:21", "3:1", "1:3", "4:1", "1:4", "5:1", "1:5") require resolution "1MP" and exactly one of prompt or structured_prompt.
